Migrant himself, Jairo left Colombia in 2002 and founded La Tienda de Juan to promote Don Mateo coffee in Switzerland. His strategy allowed him to integrate vertically owning coffee brands and proprietary coffee farms -San Rafael, La Ilusión, and Corozal -located in Samaria in Filadelfia Caldas, the ancestral town of the Colombian Central Coffee zone.

Yiver is outgoing and passionate, a natural leader that has dedicated decades to empowering women and working for gender equity and the quality life of women coffee producers. Yiver is obsessed with quality and consistency, producing and processing her coffees with innovative techniques and scientific methods. Yiver works hand in hand with her international buyers designing the profiles they request. Yiver's farm is Finca Santa Lucia, a paradise of biodiversity with a forest reserve and clean water sources. Coffee is intercropped with plantain and native trees such as Guamo and Nogal Cafetero. Finca Santa Lucia produces coffee with sustainable practices and environmental awareness.

Aneth is the dynamic leader of Sello Mujer, a cooperative of 36 exceptional women specialty coffee farmers located in the central mountains of Colombia's Caicedonia region. The partnership was founded in 2017 to promote sustainable land management best practices and cutting-edge technology among its members. Furthermore, the cooperative has successfully created the prestigious coffee brand Sello Mujer. Committed to empowering women coffee farmers, ARA sources micro lots and green coffee Arabic blends from Sello Mujer to roast them under Feliciana Coffee.
