Passionate for coffee production, agricultural solutions, and sustainable land management, Juan is committed to expanding the coffee produced in his proprietary farms -San Rafael, La Ilusión, and Corozal. Migrant himself, Jairo left Colombia in 2002 and founded La Tienda de Juan to promote Don Mateo coffee in Switzerland. His strategy allowed him to integrate vertically owning coffee brands and proprietary coffee farms -San Rafael, La Ilusión, and Corozal -located in Samaria in Filadelfia Caldas, the ancestral town of the Colombian Central Coffee zone.
